Permanent monitoring unit
Permanent monitoring unit constantly searching for possible projects related to innovation and growth, was set up in May 2011.
The work of this unit has allowed us to develop relationships with a number of industrial companies, to check out different avenues and business opportunities in renewable energy, to put ourselves in a position to buy hydraulic, wind and photovoltaic systems, to simulate acquisitions and to plan for growth by acquisition in 2013.
This unit also monitors technological developments, on the lookout for possible purchase of patents and/or industrial tools. In 2011 and 2012, we entered into discussions with two design offices, although these discussions were inconclusive.
